The seating is cramped, very little legroom. We were in seats 5 and 6. Half the window was covered with the Arriva logo stripes and we couldn't see out the window. We had to pay to check our luggage which was unexpected. The bus left on time which was appreciated.

The bus wasn't running by Arriva and didn't have power sockets or WiFi as promised by the App. Why are we paying a premium on top of the bus ticket if the information isn't accurate?
