The bus was horrible it was a roller coaster ride at least for 3 hours I even hurt my leg on the bottom of the seat bar almost seems like there were no shocks and springs at all Just horrible You guys failed this ride

Me and several passengers waited for a bus that i was told had cancelled. I had to take a cab ride to a different location just to get to my destination. I was out of more money because of greyhound lack of communication with their customers
