The platform number was not clear on my ticket, so I needed to go to the information service desk to inquire. Fortunately I had arrived early so I had enough time to wait my turn because many people were buying bus tickets on the same desk. Only 1 employee was working. Many tourists were also confused where to go. Mostly Spanish people don't talk English unfortunately. The employee on the desk also gave me the wrong platform number, but fortunately some travelers gave me the correct number. Then the bus came half hour later, so I arrived almost 45 later to my hotel in Alicante.
