The bus driver, though pleasant, stated the mask mandate for the bus but allowed everyone to get on without a mask in sight regardless; nothing was enforced. We were past capacity with people sometimes standing, and yet myself and one other person were literally the only ones with masks on. I felt unsafe and it’s frustrating because the bus is sometimes my only option. Please do better. Enforce the rules. Have sanitizer available, etc.

Bus was late by 1 hour and 15 minutes , need to catch a flight,so took taxi in triple price. Overall worst experience ever!
