I was scheduled to go on the 6:30 bus but it was cancelled. I never received a notification so I went to the bus station and wait an hour and a half for the next bus leaving at 8pm. It was very stressful.

Did a good service. Bus changed at Springfield; second bus was nicer, having power for laptop and not not just USB. Perhaps instructions on how to load luggage could have been clearer.
