I booked a coach to drop me off at marble arch, when i was about to board, the driver told me it’s not stopping and marble arch and i’d have to go all the way to victoria which is very inconvenient for me. He also mentioned that the shutters won’t be opening for the luggage at marble arch. This left me very confused and it wasn’t stated prior me booking the coach journey. If i knew i would have planned out my journey accordingly. However it took me much longer to get home which i’m highly disappointed with.
