The trip started late and ended almost 2 hours late on the return. Phone charging points by my seats were non-functional on both trips. I was on the whole trip from Barcelona to Paris (Bercy Station - to and fro), yet I was allocated an inconvenient seat just by the middle door while those who joined the trips for a short while in-between cities along the way were given comfortable seats. It was a very uncomfortable time for me. I have had better experiences on Flix and Alsa buses.
