All in all a decent service. Staff was particularly on top of the situation at the Thai/Cambodia "Poi Pet" border crossing. Never lost sight of our group in the entire time we were going through the exit/entry process. In Siem Reap bit of a transfer process but was successful in reaching Phnom Penh. Left Bangkok at 1 AM, arrived in Phnom Penh at 5:30 p.m in the evening.

It's a bit complicated with the bus station in Bangkok.. and when I arrived Siem Reap, there was no bus seat for me.. so I have to ride on the other bus company... I think the company should fix it...

The part of the trip from Bangkok to Siem Reap went smoothly although the bus doesn't leave from the listed address. I had to ask many people who know nothing about a bus to Cambodia. Finally, a taxi driver said he knew where the bus left from and charged be an arm an a leg to get to it at the last minute. In reality, it was 5 or 6 blocks south on a side street. The trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Pehn was by very bad local bus which arrived 2 hours after the stated time and ended a long way from the stated arrival location. The staff on the bus were fantastic but the staff at the office in Siem Reap were just the opposite. They seemed bothered by customers rather than trying to help.
Based on 2 reviews, the company was rated 4.5 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the temperature but often complained with the timeliness. Airbus ticket prices on this trip start at $58
