Greyhound Atlantic City Newark recent customer reviews
Bus we booked never showed, took another bus. There was no gate number, the drivers were wonderful in accommodating our trip. The app helped but not enough information to assist our trip
Betsy K.
We had to change busses at New York terminal. Our departure to Newark was almost 3 hours late. While waiting for the bus, we were not informed about anything. We had no idea what was going on and how long it would take. The staff answered all questions with ‘we don’t know’ and when we asked again, they threatened us with not accepting us on the bus if we would bother them again. Eventually, we arrived at Newark Penn Station at 6:30 pm instead of 2:50 pm. The staff at New York terminal was disinterested and at times even rude. A horrible experience.
Linda N.
The bus drivers were pleasant. The bus from New York to Newark did not arrived or leave on time.
