No complaints about the staff or timing. The wifi and plugs didn't work and more than half of the drive neither did the air-conditioning. It was awful to sit in a full bus with barely no air to breath. I also find it important that in long bus drives, especially the ones that take more than 6h, plugs that work and the air-conditioning are essential. Staff was really nice tho
