The bus we took was booked for 18:00 departure from central station, Sydney. There was a fault with the air conditioning on the bus, the driver tried to resolve this himself for about 20-25 minutes before advising everyone that they would need to leave and return with a different bus. The driver returned with the new bus at 19:54. We left 2 hours after the expected departure time. There is no seating at central station bus stops so everyone just had to stand around/sit on their luggage/sit on the gross Sydney pavement.
Apart from the 2 hour delay, the bus ride itself was relatively comfortable despite a few loud rattling vents near our seats. There were USB charging ports and a toilet onboard also.
