On time , clean bus . My ticket said bus is going to Finchley road which suited me . But the bus never stopped there instead I ended up in Marble Arch . Getting into the tube in tube station there during rush hours with luggage is not something which I was looking forward to .

The outbound trip was as expected. Comfortable and on time. Unfortunately the bus broke down during the return trip and the driver gave very little information on next steps and an idea of times for when the journey could restart.

I understand that things can happen but not only email was sent late to inform me of the changes and the replacement bus but the replacement bus arrived 30 minutes late after the changed departure time which was 30 min already so an hour. Then a change in Leicester that was not on the original trip and a drunk passenger from the beginning of the trip that was annoying and loud but neither of the drivers addressed that.

However, there were instances of delays due to external factors like a funeral procession or a train strike day, leading to dissatisfaction among customers who experienced significant lateness on their return journey.

First off it was overbooked then the wii fi did not work all the plug sockets and USB slots did not work and the heater was stuck blowing on full until half the bus could not breath and were sweating like turkeys in an oven.
