Im always happy travelling with national express but my last trip with them was not funny.i was debited without send booking email till when my box arrived and the driver refuse to accept me after showing him booking reference.i have to book another double of the initial prize.is not nice at all.one will buy online ticket without booking email till now I have not gotten a revised of the money
