I started out on a clean comfortable VIP Arda Tour bus but they stopped a few hours later and they insisted that we changed to another bus which was old and uncomfortable and other people were already seated in our assigned seats.
The bus got flagged at the border and an extensive search done for hours. Other buses just came and went.
I was unhappy that they downgraded the bus so we didn't get what we paid for
