Because of one passenger, we were delayed at the border crossing for more than 3 hours, which is why we were late for our flight and we had to cancel it, instead of a 19-hour trip, it took us more than 24 hours, which is not right!

All good! We arrived late because of border control, not the bus team's fault. The driver & staff was friendly and professional. Thumbs up!

The bus seat was too small. I paid extra for a bigger seat but was still crammed in at 185cm. The bus was mostly kept at a far too hot 33 and the entertainment system had very few English choices. Overall very dissatisfied with my trip.
