Did not enjoyed at all.
Booked at 1700 hrs, when I reached before departure it was showing the bus left at 1633. I booked another one from 1810, it got delayed for 55 minutes and came at 1918. I missed my event in london. Pathetic service. Never ever gonna use Flexi Bus.

Bus delayed with no communication and we left wondering whats going on. No channel to know what happened. When tried to track the journey, it gave inaccurate result indicating the bus came and left which was untrue as it came later on , approximately 20 minutes late.
