Customers have expressed appreciation for the comfortable and pleasant bus experience. However, some users noted challenges with seating arrangements due to outlet placements, difficulties connecting to Wi-Fi automatically, tight seats, small bathrooms with an odor issue, and non-functional outlets. Despite these concerns regarding amenities and convenience features like USB ports or charging options were mentioned as areas of improvement by travelers.

I loved everything about todays service expect for the assigned seats. This would be good if all outlets were a middle ground for all patrons but some outlets are placed by window seats making it inconvenient if two people assigned to sit together need to use it.

first the bus was delayed and the bus driver was very rude. when i got to the bus station in new haven i had to wait more than an hour just for the bus driver to tell me that she can’t drive any more. i had to pay for an uber to hartford instead because the bus driver didn’t finish the trip.

Everything was fine, expect that the bus smelled of weed and it was very overpowering and disgusting to sit that long with the smell.

There were quite a number of passengers to be accommodated. I would rate the on-board service excellent. As a senior, there is room for improvement for the pre-boarding accommodations.

Bus could be cleaner.
I don’t mean the seats and the outside. This was perfect. But look at the floor and between seats and wall.
