Bus from New York City to Philadelphia, PA: Tickets & Timetables

The driver was good and friendly. He had patience waiting for people who is late. The ride was smooth and safe. Love it and will recommend friends

It was a good trip down left on time but got to our destination a little late but that understandable given it was Father’s Day weekend so there was a lot of traffic,but overall it was good

I didn't like the bus pulled off late and I missed my bus to get home other than that I love the bus it was comfortable and clean too

They oversold the bus by 7 people. Then called the cops to enforce their policy. I was frightened and furious. Worst travel experience I’ve had in my entire life and I was assaulted on a train in Italy. At least in Italy when the train was oversold with thugs they still let me board. I cannot overstate how negative this experience was for me.

The drivers are the best part. Both going and coming, the drivers seemed highly competent and couldn't have been nicer. I don't enjoy waiting outdoors for buses. The Walnut and Schuylkill stop is very convenient for me, but weather makes it unpleasant a lot.

Driver was polite and informative, seats were comfortable, large legroom with leg rest, there were USB chargers, clean toilet, bus was on time, left from the center of the city and took me right in the center of the city so very convenient.

Flixbus driver was a bad driver (jerky driving) and also had horrible manners. Despite that bus was less than half full and my seat was broken, he told me that I MUST use seat that was assigned to me by Flixbus. I even did not know I had assigned seat as my ticket said nofthing about that. So I had an awful ride with a broken seat, while half o the bus was empty.

The bus was fast, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom had a detached toilet seat and no hand sanitizer and was challenging to use. Determining which bus was the correct one was VERY challenging at Moynihan Train Hall.

The delay of 1 hour and a half, the diver was really unprofessional and fight wit the costumers

Bus departed on time and arrived on time to bring is home, spacious bus a d courtious drivers

Very poor experience, poor customer service with little communication of any relevance. Only that bus was delayed but no sense of how long. Yet we waited since 7.45am for 8.45?departure and still waiting til 10.40 with no details. One staff member was smart enough to fill 10am spot of customers who were no shows. Hes the only staff member who took initiative. Info desk and office act like robots and unhelpful and not solution focussed.

Changed departure address 2 hours before departure, Delayed for 2 hours , bus driver very rude

The bus was full but that wasn’t the problem, it had a particular smell and just one hour before we arrive to Philadelphia, a guy smoked weed in the restroom and he was close enough to me to smell it (also he was laughing and talking loudly, he was definitely high) so I moved to the front and I told the driver about that because there were kids and I was about to vomit because of the smell, but he was yelling at me saying I couldn’t sit in front (and obviously I didn’t want to move) so he was very disrespectful and kept the bus stopped until I agreed to move one more sit behind (but he didn’t do anything about the man, he didn’t care)

The bus was over half an hour late, we were not communicated to about this, and the pick up location was over half a block away from the actual address

There were cockroaches on the seats in the back of the bus. I could not sit on those seats and i thus spend the wole ride standing.

Driver told me it was the correct bus and then 20 mins later someone else told me it was not. No help in finding another bus
