Find the cheapest tickets from New York City to South Station

Bus was immaculate, left on time. Driver drove safely. Passengers were considerate of each other. Bathroom was in good warking order and clean Bus arrived early

The ride was incredibly bumpy and noisy. The pick up area was also quite uncomfortable. Our bus left at 1:30 am, and there was no seating area, limited lighting, and little information about bus arrival.

No WiFi on the bus and no opportunity to charge your electronics on the bus the sockets did not work. We did not feel safe with the speed the driver was doing. The seats did not correspond to ticket numbers

The seat was too narrow and small. The girl who sat right back to me was moaning and kicking my seat all the time. The smell of weed was disgusting.

They were on time as scheduled, very spacious with needed comfort. The only disconfort was the odour from the rest room was disturbing for us at the back seat.

First of all the bus departed 90 minutes after the scheduled time. Then the was was very old , dirty with torn seat covers !!! The odor of toilet made me sick .

Amazing the driver was kind enough to let me board with the earlier bus very professional so I took the 8 am bus his so kind

The seats were not so comfy. But we got to Boston safely and that’s what matters most.

The bus still arrived in Boston on time! Actually 15 mins. Early and the bus was only going the speed limit. But there was less traffic than I expected once out of downtown NY.

Had to wait 1 hour for the bus as there were delays without intimation, the bus was stuffy there was no ventilation, overhead lights and air-conditioning do not work.

It was very cold inside. The departure was delayed and the departure location doesn’t make sense because it took us 40 minutes to leave midtown

The bus didn't have registration. It was pulled over by the cops. We were stranded for couple of hours and entire schedule disrupted. I had to incur costs to make my own arrangements. Awful experience

We were stranded on the train for over 3 hours with no power, no functioning bathrooms, and hardly any food or water.

The soothing sounds of the train on tracks lulling me to sleep while there’s power conveniently placed near by to charge my devices.

Extremely punctual and staf organised the commuters well to at the respective terminals before going down the Lines to board the train. The driver to Boston today, 11.7.22 on our 6.50am train was very engaging in his announcements and a chirpy guy.
