driver was lovely but got me there an hour late for work and no apologies or refunds offered.

Bus late by 20min Got to fosse park and the driver had finished his shift the replacement driver didn’t turn up which resulted in a further delay, the driver then contacted his controller who tried to persuade him to break the law due to his tachograph hours which had nearly ran out! He drove to st Margaret’s under duress! On arrival at st Margaret’s it took a further 15 minutes for a replacement driver to arrive. We arrived in Nottingham around 7.15pm All of the was heard and observed due to me being sat behind the driver ! I can’t understand why the controller would risk health and safety of passengers and contravene the driving hours law !
