The bus was an hour and a half late and we weren’t notified about any delays until we had already been waiting for an hour. When the bus driver finally came he was very rude.

No information about the bus on screen at Miami, check- in very slow. Busdriver very organised, but a bit Drill Sergeant like 😂😂 he probably knows why. Seats quite comfortable.
