National Express Manchester Luton recent customer reviews
Terrible, had to get 2 8 man taxis, one from manchester to Birmingham, and then one from Coventry to Luton because a driver did not show up to transfer at Coventry. Waited over 2 hours for these taxis. Staff were very kind and helpful but took way longer to get home and was very uncomfortable.

Bus was 50 mins late. I was going to Luton Airport from Manchester. We left Manchester late and it was obvious from the start that I would miss my connection in Milton Keynes. The staff in the bus kept saying we would arrive on time. It was a very stressful journey.I did miss the connection. Got another bus one hour later and just made the flight.
