The coach left on time however due to M4 closure we were several hours delayed meaning I missed my return coach. When I spoke to the driver his reply was that I “consult the god in the clouds for an answer”. I had no money to pay for a second return ticket to London so was stranded. Help desk was closed so the only person who should have helped was the driver. I should have been transferred to a later coach. Not made to feel stupid.
