I was very disappointed and upset with the service that I got when I phoned to explain what had happened and why I wasn’t at the right place .. I came from Canada and I needed wheelchair assistant at the airport at Heathrow .. I showed the attendant my bus ticket and he said no problem. He would take me to the right place but he dropped me off outside terminal four in the cold and left me there at 1:30 pm. and said that all national express buses go from here I waited until 3:45 and wondered why my bus hadn’t come .a bus came and said that I was at the wrong place. I should’ve been at the bus station and said that I probably would’ve missed my bus to Port Talbot by now .. when I got to the bus station, I phoned National Express and was told that it was my fault that I was in the wrong place and would have to pay again .. by this time I was very upset cold for being dropped off at the wrong place.. then on top of all that I had to pay double the price of the ticket.. so I am really not impressed with your customer service they are not very understanding or compassionate at all.. and I am sorry to say that I would not recommend your service to anyone … Mrs Yvonne Goodridge

Our drivers were very focused on the road and keeping us safe. It was a very bad traffic day and we were an hour late because of 2 accidents and torrential rains. Our driver took it all in stride, even though he had to take alternate routes and he got us safely to our destination.
