This bus station is very disorangiz. I had to reschedule my ticket because the bus was delay. Then the worker could not reprint my new tickets with the new day. I boarded the next day with the 1st tickets and when I got to Dallas I was detained. And then from Dallas I had to transfer again in Oklahoma. That was not told to me not was that on the first tickets i purchased. Original tickets were from Houston to Wichita Kansas with a bus transfer in Dallas for 09/13/18 leaving at 1245am. And the location when these bus station is at is very dangerous and disgusting.
