The good thing - bus came to Kyiv and finally Nataliia and Mykola were at home. The trip was safe with no road incidents. However, the key negative thing - bus came to Kyiv 6 hours late (there were no serious delays on the border, no corks on the road, and no other "irressistable obstacles"). Another problem that should be taken into account - there was little space between the seats so even for people of average height it wasn't very convenient. Nataliia and Mykola are seniors; so with much longer trip such conditions were uncomfortable. (But they are happy to be at home.)

Late departure from Krakow. Lost two hours at the bus station in Lvov without any reason. Total mess at the buss station in Lvov. Uncoordinated change of buses in Lvov. Lack of information from the bus driver.

The trip was 14 hours instead of 8 hours as it was stated. Also I had a transfer, which wasn’t specified anywhere — on the ticket it says that it’s a direct bus. No Wi-Fi and no charging sockets as well — I didn’t need that, but it was stated.
