Pegasus is praised for its comfortable minibuses equipped with USB charging options and friendly, helpful staff. Passengers appreciate the clear instructions provided to locate stations. However, some users have experienced difficulties finding the bus stop at airports and mentioned a lack of toilet facilities on board during their journey.

The minibus was in good condition, clean and comfortable. WiFi was not available as said because it needs password. The driver was good. On time at departure.

Very little space - if you're 180cm+ and the bus is full, you're not gonna be comfortable sitting there. It was a little hot inside as well.

I took the 3.40 am bus, it was comfortable and quick. The driver took great care of everyone and made the trip very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
