I was able to get on the earlier bus that I had booked wish was a great bonus rather than sitting out in the cold. The coach arrived in High Wycombe to the second where my family were waiting in the car. Both myself and son in law use Heathrow regular during the year and your service will be used in future. Very impressed with the comfort etc. Top marks from me.

Waited at the gate to leave . Realised it was 2 mins till bus left walked along the rank to see driver had changed buses . He was not very friendly at all . I asked if this was the Gatwick bus , he took my ticket and the just gestured to get on . I never heard him shout out. We then left rather quickly . I am sure we left people at the bus stop . If I hadn’t of walked along the rank I would have missed my flight as the next bus wasn’t until 2200. The bus I caught was 2015 . But did get there safe & sound .
