The drivers were smoking when he was driving. The bus was full of smoking smell and we sit behind the driver and the smell made me not asleep, which is intolerable. Moreover, the bus changed the departure time with one hour delayed without any notification. We realised the change when we arrived the bus terminal.

Horrible bus ride. In my ticket i had seat 24 when i arrive to the bus they change my ticket to seat 22. My new seat had no leg space at all, it was only a seat for a child not a normal person. When i asked why they changed my seat without my permission i was mistreated by the bus personnel. They did not try to help me nor they explained why they have changed my seat. It was a horrible 11 hours bus ride. Never again i will take this company.

This service does not exist from Ankara! I booked, paid and got to Ankara bus station at 3am to be told that this service does not exist. I had to book and go with a different company at 7.30am. When I arrived in Cappadocia I went and seen the Oncu service desk and he said no such service exist from his company from Ankara. I’d like a refund for the ticket and the 70 Lira I wasted on a return taxi trip from the hotel to the bus station. I’m tired and a little frustrated
