We were booked on la preferida but when we showed up there were no departures so the staff did find space on another bus with no bathroom or air conditioning. We did get to Cochabamba sucussfully so we are satisfied overall but the booking process was definitely a bit of a problem.

Not a good bus company. Late departures and arrivals, AC on bus leaked so had to be stopped midway through trip. Adding to this they don’t offer any help at all at border crossing between bolivia and Brasil. They sold us ‘direct’ tickets from Santa Cruz to São Paulo knowing there were issues at the border cross... we ended up missing the bus due to large lines and taking an extra day To finish the journey as the bus didn’t wait for any of the people attempting to cross the border and we had to leave it till the next day. Very disappointed with this company and for sure won’t use it again

Hi . When I cross the Border at the terminal in Bolivia was no body to tell me at what time was the bus to Santa Cruz , because the lady she went to a clinic so I buy another ticket to Santa Cruz .

It was worst bus service in my experience. I booked la preferida. But actually I took different bus company, different timelines, different seat. I was confused, but they were not polite,so no explanation. I never use and recommend this company.
