Firstly the bus was 30 years old , as well dirty and filthy all around crumbs , driver was ok but that old thing is not to make money … sorry to say but other companies got newer busses and for the same price . Also it was not grup but union ivkoni that is the worse bus company in. Bulgaria

Bad bus condition, not working windshield wipers we had to stop at a gas station to change buses because the driver was driving without wipers in heavy rain and fog with zero visibility
