Horrible and a waste of money. When I checked in, the person working at the check-in point told me that the bus I was supposed to be on left at 11 AM. The only other one is at 8 PM. So, like, the buses aren't available 😕.

The Customer service from the hostess was next to nothing, she kept speaking her language even though she knew we only understand English and we would just see everyone stand up and wouldn’t know why, I was looking forward to it but now very disappointed

There’s no professionalism, entrago has very poor customer service, the bus was supposed to be leaving at 20h00 but it left at 22h15. It is so disorganised. They also not using the appropriate language. Instead of using the medium language. They used Portuguese which some of us didn’t know and couldn’t hear.

There were so many people in the bus that weren’t supposed to be there. They don’t even answer their phone. So don’t even bother. Some people didn’t book the bus. They paid there. We left 2 hours late. Never again
