Bus was 30 mins late thus the backup along the route was horrendous . Ticket office and driver most discourteous. Not a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately it was not possible to use the ticket as the bus was full two times in a row. It is better to begin journey from the central station as a few stops later in Taormina Capo it was already having all the seats occupied.
