I booked the tickets online, that was the only good part. The bus arrived late and was over 1 hour late to the terminus. The driver and server were very rude, the driver gave the wrong ETA when asked and just laughed at our problem to miss our flight. We weren't even offered water on the more than 3 hour journey.
