A few passengers experienced minor issues with ticketing information but generally found the service reliable for reaching destinations like central Dublin safely.

We were very happy with the experience apart from the fact that the No 721 was not shown at the bus stop making us think the taxi had dropped us at the wrong pick up link. Only by phoning customer services did we find out the 763 is actually the 721. Also the timings did not show a 12.50 coach. It was very stressful thinking we were at the wrong stop. Other than that the experience was good and very comfortable coach
