First off the driver was a true professional, what an Ambassador for the company, I watch him go above and beyond what I consider to be his duties his rapport with the public was something to witness, and on top of that his diving skills were exceptional, I never felt a bump or a jurk infact I nearly went to sleep .Now if people or the company are wondering why I would give this praise it's because I drive coach's myself and teach people how to drive them as well as teach there CPC , and the driver that drove me and other customers was EXCELLENT so I think I'm qualified enough to know an exceptional driver for an excellent company, oh and the coach was really clean and comfortable A Star

Drop off parking is very limited at Foyleside. The driver struggled to keep the bus on the road I thought. While it was a bit windy, his driving ability was questionable - the constant over and back of the steering wheel and the bus on the road. He didn't seem comfortable. He was very kind and helpful but I'm not sure he was very experienced.
