Terrible, a man infront was blasting videos with profanity and homophobic slurs, as loud as his phone can go, I told him to be quiet as well as 3 other passengers, I then had to result in telling the driver who warned the man. He continued. I told the bus driver again, we had to pull in to Southampton services for him to be told off and warned he would be kicked off the bus, how ever he already received a warning before. He then continued to have a loud phone conversation on speaker on the bus for the remainder of the journey, he was not kicked off.
