very bad experience very nasty bus and it smells all over the place i came home sick from the smell seat was dirty never using greyhound

The driver did not where he was going. He was swirling. We was late to every stop. We had to give step by step directions. He barley could see the road signs. He should not be driving at night. It was the worst ride of my life. Never again. He definitely needs to stick with a route he knows.

The bus from Boston to Hartford was timely, but my Hartford to New Haven connection didnt show up

Horrible experience. Bus was cancelled and I got no email or update. I found out when I was physically at the bus station by some worker.

Great people, kind and on time. However the internet on the 2nd leg of my trip did not work at all. But it was short so not a big problem

Bus driver drove like a maniac, was swerving between lanes cause he was driving too fast. Bus broke down 3 times. I had to eventually call an uber to take me the rest of the way.

I had a connecting bus from Hartford to New Haven, and the connecting bus was full, so about 30 people were stranded at the station. The next bus was at 10:00 and the connecting bus was supposed to leave at 8:00. I got a ride from someone else since it’s a 30 minute drive. I was directed to fill out a form online to file a complaint, and felt like the company wasn’t great at communicating what was happening.
