I went to a shelter nearby after 5h30 waiting, I called and insisted then a gentleman answered the call and told me that the bus left 20 minutes ago when I was in the shelter. After 5h30 waiting from 2h00 AM in PE to 7h30. I was outside, cold and insecured and scared for my life. I will never recommend anyone to use this service. Stay alert.
