The bus was supposed to arrive at 10:30 pm and the time is now 9 minutes before 12:30am . It's actually over 2hours late . I planned for my son to arrive before 9 am for school registration and it's pretty clear that he will miss the registration times.
So please I need a written response from the company stating your delay so that he could show it @ school and some compensation for the inconvenience because even if the bus had some 2-3 delay hours is totally unexpectable. And the bus broke down as. It arrived around 12pm instead of 8am, so it was f... word up trip

A 2 hours delay is bad enough, but I think it's unprofessional to not alert the passengers before time. Also, the roach infestation is a no no, clean the buses bathong !!
