The bus was 30 mins late. We had to wait in -8 degrees because there was no info on when the bus was arriving, after 5:30pm passed. It was scheduled at 5:30pm so naturally we got to the assigned location at YUL early, thinking the bus would be on time. I caught a cold, and I am now sick. This is unacceptable.

The bus was very clean, and the driver was extremely helpful with the luggage. However, there are two important points the bus company should consider:
1. Clear pickup location: Please clearly indicate the exact pickup point or station for passengers. I spent nearly an hour trying to find the bus, and even the airport information desk gave me the wrong location.
2. Shelter at the station:The bus stop was uncovered, and we had to wait outside in freezing weather for over 30 minutes. A sheltered or indoor waiting area would make the experience much more comfortable, especially during winter.
