The bus was delayed for 2 hours and we didn’t have any notification in advance until we arrived and waited and then emailed and called them. No one responded from the call, and we got the email lately about the delay. They said it will delay for 1 hour. After one hour, we arrived there and waited in the extremely cold location, and they bus didn’t come after 1 hour. Then I got the email and it said it will delayed for 1 hour and 45 mins. We have to go back to the store and wait inside for another 45 minutes, but the bus came after 2 hours. We finally got on the bus at 10:45PM.
