I have experienced care from the drivers. They switch on the aircon and asked passengers if temperatures was okay, they went around collecting rubbish and double check after snack break if everybody is back before going.

The bus was almost 3 hours delayed. I was meant to arrive at my destination around 20h00 but instead arrived at 00h30. The bus was also very dirty and smelly.

I have used this George - Paarl route with Intercape about 10 times in last 2 years. This recent experience was not good. The bus used is a new eco type with 3 and 2 seat rows leaving, resulting in cramped seats, no back seat covers, no garbage bags, no TV. The bus was packed full. I will reconsider using Intercape again for future trips.
