The driver was rude. The bus broke down . No air conditioning and I was screamed at by the driver because the top 3 buttons of my shirt were unbuttoned due to the heat . I was told that I couldn’t get back on the bus unless I buttoned my shirt. Again only the top 3 buttons were undone. We arrived hours late and I had to pay for another ride. Erie-Cleveland was fine. Cleveland-Cincinnati was fine. Cincinnati-Knoxville was terribly unprofessional.
