Du grand n’importe quoi J’ai acheté un billet pour faire Chamonix - Lyon. Lors de la réservation il n’est écrit nul part que ce sera un billet avec un transfert à Annecy. Le bus chamonix Annecy a eu du retard et le bus Annecy Lyon était déjà parti. Je me suis retrouvée à Annecy le soir sans bus avec le chauffeur qui me dit que ce n’est pas son problème. Honteux

Great experience… bus was very well kept and comfortable. Driver was nice. The only thing I would change is that I cannot understand French so I had no idea what he was saying and no monitors to display information. I know he spoke English but he didn’t, which is fine but many on bus were confused and had to ask other passengers to translate. We missed a bathroom stop due to this… I know we are in France so I’m not saying it’s wrong… but maybe a monitor with info could help clarify
