Because of traffic challenge, I was getting late to reach the bus station and I was so stressed that I can't even explain how bad I was feeling. Driver ( I forgot his name) who drove me from Ottawa down town made a phone call asking where I was and that was a gift. I am grateful to him and please send my gratitude to him.
