Customers had a generally positive experience with the service, although some mentioned issues like broken glass not being cleaned after repair. Additionally, finding the bus and knowledgeable staff was challenging for some customers.
I was traveling with children and in cold weather my 7 years old child needed to go washroom again and again , washroom were locked even on highway and there was an extreme stage when child was unable to control urine . I asked driver to open the toilet and then he gave me keys to unlock toilet . Toilet should be open for all through out whole bus journey . Otherwise people with children and old age passengers may habe problem .

Everything was fine, only there was remains of broken glass in the window. After they repaired it, they did not clean the place, so I had to clean it so that a child would not come and swallow the glass.
