Excellent. The driver was courteous, professional and helpful… the only negative was that the bus was very cold but I had a coat on

I didn't enjoy, when arrived at terminal couldn't have a taxi to de Faro airport.

There were 3 stops. I got off at albufeira as I was heading to the airport (Faro). Would it have been better to get off in Vilamoura or Q?

on time,clean and very convenient. stopped along the way at a very clean rest area with clean toilets.

Driver was clear with communication and patient with customers. Bus left on time and arrived on time too.

I was disappointed that I paid extra to have the tickets moved up to a earlier time. The bus ended up being late and we didn't arrive that much earlier then if we would have stayed on the later bus. An attendant did come out and update us on the bus being late and directed us to the correct bus when it arrived which was helpful.

Enjoy: Comfortable seats & entertainment / Didn't enjoy: having to pay to use the toilet & films in Spanish (just put the original film with Spanish subtitles!)

The best coach I haver been! Wifi, recliner&comfortable seats, TV announcing route and where we were, wc, small tv/ipad in each seat with movies/series and games, USB entrance. Brilliant!

It was a nice ride to faro

It was a very beautiful ride. Very professional driver. He showed good friendly customer service and was driving like a pro.

By far the worst company. The ticket was very misleading. I saw a ticket from Lisbon to faro. Why will I now be told there is a connection after I have paid. And to make matters worse, the drivers in Albufeira were all rude and unprofessional. And the driver was 30 minutes late.

Awful. Arrived 30 minutes late, departed 40 minutes late and arrived at our destination an hour later than planned

Comprei viagem direta de Lisboa a Faro e sinto-me enganada. Depois de chegar ao Algarve parou em todas as cidades e chegou muito mais tarde a Faro o que foi muito cansativo. O motorista não teve nenhum tempo de descansar antes de começar a viagem para Faro

I travel many times by Eva bus but last journey very bad experience. Driver don't allow a small bag with me. he told if I not put into luggage place he call police. Very rude behaviour. My important documents store in my bag but he refused.

Loved the bus service from start (booking) to finally reaching the destination on time. And do not forget the comfy seats and helpful driver.

We had to book last minute after our flight from France came in late and we missed our train connection. Will consider coaches between Lisbon-Faro in future as the trip was great and very comfortable and driver friendly.
