I will most likely never take a greyhound again. The bus was almost two hours late with no notification and more than half the ride the bathroom was out of service which was about 8 hours. Along with that the WiFi didn’t work either along with more than half the outlets. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience and quite frankly believe we deserve compensation for the false advertising of amenities that weren’t available.
