The seats were comfortable but the temperature during the journey was very cold. The bus arrived an hour late and terminated an hour late at Mercedes, we missed our connecting bus to Corrientes and had to wait for 3 hours and pay for our tickets to corrientes again. We would not travel with them again

Liked: comfortable seats, plenty of leg room, curtains and air conditioning to keep cool, safe driving. Disliked: no phone charging points, bus was about half an hour late arriving at destination.
